Hundreds of migrants still detained in poor conditions near Jacumba Hot Springs

Reporter Jacob Aere gets a first-hand look at how and why migrants are crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in Jacumba Hot Springs. It has been about a month since border patrol began detaining migrants in the area. Aid groups say the situation is growing more dangerous by the day, and they're nearing a breaking point.
